The Mac’s PDF viewer and editor, Preview, has a unique and simple way to print a single page (or a few random pages throughout, if you’d prefer) from a multi-page file. To play along at home. On the File menu, click Print. In the Print dialog box that opens, select the printer and the printing options you want. Tips: To print a range of pages, click the arrows next to Pages, and then select Range. To see more print options, such as paper type and print layout, click Show Details at the bottom of the dialog box.

Avery Design & Print works with Mac OS and gives you robust editing tools and the ability to import designs from many programs.
Some Avery templates are built right into the Mac OS so you can easily print your contacts by selecting individuals or a group. Use Command-click to select multiple contacts.
Choose File > Print. Click the Style menu and choose Mailing Labels. Click Layout, then Page menu, then select your Avery product. Click Print.
